The financial support amounts to 2,632.86 euros per candidate, and can reach 4,827 euros including the contribution for the move and the increase in aid depending on the number of people.

This initiative "aims to support and encourage the geographic mobility of workers towards the interior territories ", according to a press release from the cabinet of Minister Ana Mendes.
One of the incentives is the initial financial support of up to 4,827 euros for workers who decide to settle in the interior regions: "One of the incentives will be the Domestic Employment PLUS measure, which will provide initial support of up to 4,827 euros for workers who decide to live in the interior regions".
But there is more. Work placement that take place in these regions will be entitled to "10% increase in funding from the IEFP (The Pole Portuguese Employment) and also a20% premium Employment (premium offered to company for the conversion of the internship into an open-ended contract) ”, according to the same declaration.
In order to identify the needs of workers, the “Indoor Work” program set up a dedicated job exchange with the disclosure of internship and job offers in these regions. In addition, promotional actions will be organized to publicize the program.
