We have a fantastic opportunity for an Online Community Officer to play a key role in fostering a successful online community for Unit4! In this role you will be part of the community team running Unit4’s new global community.
The community is the place for Unit4 customers, partners and employees to share insight and experience with each other, together find solutions and share best practice to build a better people experience with Unit4 products.
What you will do
As Online Community Officer you will be supporting the growth of a vibrant healthy community environment for Unit4. Among your main tasks will be:
Assist with community engagement to achieve a vibrant and effective community
Evolve community guidelines and terms of services as appropriate
Train and onboard other community team members and Unit4 professionals
Assist with community initiatives like events, promotions and programs
Master and evolve community platform structure and settings
Overall support on community management like reporting and analysis
Who are you
Highly organized, proactive, and a positive attitude
Great interpersonal skills, a clear and confident communicator with people at all levels
Native or bi-lingual fluency in English, both verbal and written
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Marketing) Communications, PR, Journalism or other relevant study
Preferably between 1 to 3 years’ experience in Online Communities or/and Social Media Engagement, Communications, PR or Marketing
Experience with Khoros platform is a plus
Interest in technology / software
Keen to learn and able to act in a highly transformative and global organization
