We can help you obtain D7 visa. The D7 Visa provides a feasible option for those who wish to enjoy Portugal's lifestyle by demonstrating a stable passive income. How long does it take? +

Once we receive all the documents and the file is complete, it takes 48 hours for your request to be processed by our services. Then comes the longest part: making the appointment and waiting. This can take several months, but we stay in touch throughout the process.

Do I have to go to the AIMA appointment by myself? +

No, you will not be alone: although our service is online, our lawyer will come with you to the AIMA office to accompany you to your appointment. We will communicate with the AIMA agents. You will only have to sign the required documents, collect your visa and say obrigado (thank you in Portuguese :) ).

What is NOT included in your package? +

The fees do not include any administrative/public entities fees, mail/courier fees or any translation fees. Also if the interview is outside Lisbon, there will be a travel expenses fee of €0,36/km, charged once the service is completed.

How do I register? +

It’s very simple: just fill out our online form, fill in the required information and send us the necessary documents. It takes less than 5 minutes.

How can you claim a 99% success rate? +

It's pretty simple: we make sure you are eligible for the visa before we start the process. If we are not 100% sure, we don't go any further. If you are not eligible, we will reimburse you the cost of the service minus the cost of the analysis (50 euros).

I don’t have all the documents yet, can I start the registration? +

Of course: while waiting to receive all the documents, you can secure your request. We will prepare your file and you can send us the rest later.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for the D7 visa, applicants are required to:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Hold non-EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship.

  • Maintain a clean criminal record.

  • Possess valid health insurance coverage.

  • Fulfill the stipulated passive income criteria.

  • Provide proof of residence through rental or property ownership.

  • Show evidence of a Portuguese bank account with a minimum balance of €9,120.

It should be noted that not all of these requirements are strictly enforced by Portuguese law; however, failing to meet them could potentially jeopardize the success of your visa application.

INCOME GUIDELINES

To qualify, you must demonstrate sufficient passive income to support yourself and any dependents:

  • Principal applicants: At least €760 per month.

  • Additional adult dependents require an additional 50% of the principal’s requirement.

  • Each dependent child requires an additional 30%.
